Tomatoes à la provençale

Procedure
- Wash the tomatoes and remove their stalks. Cut them in half..
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (6). Place the tomatoes, skin-down, on an oiled pan
- Salt and pepper. Chop the parsley leaves, cloves of garlic and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the tomatoes with this mixture.
- Trickle with olive oil. Put in the oven for 45 minutes and enjoy.
How to Serve :
Serve hot with omelettes, roasted meat or fish.
