Ingredients (for
6 people)
Procedure
- Butter an oven plate. With the pastry bag,
pipe a ring of choux pastry. Make two concentric rings and a third one
on top of them.
- Brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with almonds and
put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Cool the pastry down and cut in two halves.
- With the help of the pastry bag, fill the
lower part of the pastry with the praline cream. Make little roses
while doing this.
- Cover it with the upper part and put in the
refrigerator.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve on a tray
How to Serve :
Serve with coffee.
